Delivery charges of Rs.100 is applicable on all orders.

DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement. Orders placed on Friday post noon, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
It usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tampered with.
Need to exchange your product. Don’t worry.

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for exchange only if the product is damaged or the sizes are incorrect. Please take note :

All Elree tags must be attached.

Items must be returned in original packaging.

Items are eligible for exchange if returned within 14 days of delivery.

CLEARANCE SALE PRODUCTS are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

Products are eligible for one to one exchange for the same design/size/colour. If the product is out of stock you can choose an alternative for exchange.

For the exchange or return process, you have to pay 200/- INR at the time of delivery. This delivery charge is for hygiene purposes as we have to get the article sanitized and dry cleaned.
